Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently accept orders to WorldWide shipping addresses.
All order is FREE SHIPPING via USPS, and we also offer other Express Delivery service, such as UPS, DHL, EMS and so on.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours(excluding national or federal holidays). We will mark package as sample or gift, customers won't be charged any tax or customs. We will select appropriate shipping method for customers' order(s) as different customers' countries and weight.
Most optical drives will be shipped from California via USPS, if your shipping address is in the United States. It is estimated to arrive in 2-4 days in normal conditions.

Express Delivery

If you want to receive your order faster. We use UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, EMS for our Express Delivery service, which will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please provide us your full address with Telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay.

Delays and Denial of Service

Seasonal demand (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) may cause a slight delay in the despatch of your order.
Please allow extra time for delivery.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email info@eshop-pc.com as soon as possible.



Return

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Before returning any product for repair, refund, or exchange you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). No packages of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of package, It will be refused. Please ask for us RMA# prior returns.

Please Note : You must place the item(s) including all accessories to be returned in protective packaging (shipping box) with bubble wrap and make sure that the item(s) do not shake or rattle. Items that are sent in envelopes and incorrect shipping containers will be refused and returned at your expense.
All defective products will be accepted directly by us for credit, exchange, or repair, at our discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, we only exchange or repair it within 180 Days warranty. Return shipping must be paid by customer.
We reserve the right to refer you directly to the manufacturer for all service.
All returns for refund have a 25% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. In addition we do not refund the shipping fee.
Software may not be returned for a refund or credit. Any warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
